The Bay Area Community Land Trust is a membership organization. We believe in the power of an engaged community to cultivate the just society we all deserve, together. Our membership consists of over 200 people, including all BACLT adult residents and 100+ dues-paying members mostly living in the Bay Area. All members can vote annually on the Board of Directors and other important decisions.

Cost and Forms of Payment
Annual dues are a modest $30 (we're happy to accept larger donations and work with folks for whom dues would present a financial strain).
